We received a one month's bonus when Abdullah became King, not what the Saudis received. So we will have to wait and see what we as expats receive if anything.

I was referring to 2011 not 2005, when King Abdullah returned from his surgery in the US and they announced 2 salaries to all govt employees. Most Aramcons including Saudis did not think Aramco would qualify until we were all all surprised one morning that it applied to Aramco's Saudis and Expats. It was a nice Spring surprise. I am hoping for the same.

Those are two different bonuses given for different reasons.

Bonuses went to Saudi Employees only this time. Expats get a day off. The precedent has been broken.

According to information being disseminated by my coworkers, Personnel announced in an Arabic email notice that Saudi employees will receive an extra two months salary with a maximum payout of 45,000 SAR to be paid with the February salary payment. The company made no provision for non-Saudis to receive a payout.
All employees (Saudis and expatriates) were granted one "P" day off to be used any time in 2015 with prior supervisory approval.
