I assume you mean - "Should I be worried about layoffs after I join?". I would say no - Aramco has very high natural attrition for expats, since they mostly hire experienced expats. Expats are retiring all the time. So if Aramco decides we need to shrink or just slow our growth rate, all they need to do is slow down hiring - natural attrition will take care of the rest.
