Why don't my posts appear immediately on the Forum after I submit them?
Typically, the answer to this question is because you are a newly registered user and do not yet have sufficient permissions to post without your posts being moderated and approved by the Moderators of the Forum. You must post a pre-determined number of useful posts applicable to the entire Forum community before immediate posting privileges are granted. The Moderators of the Forum are volunteers and do this on their own personal time. We are busy just like you are. It may take a few days for us to approve all the pending posts in the Moderators Queue. As with most things relating to employment with Saudi Aramco, PATIENCE is an important virtue you must develop. Please be patient and we will get around to approving the pending posts as quickly as we reasonably can. Again, it may take a few days if we are on vacation...
The same is true for Private Messaging (PM) privileges. New users do not immediately receive the required permissions to start using the Private Messaging feature from Day 1. We suggest you use your private e-mail to communicate privately off-Forum until you are granted PM privileges.
Useful/helpful posts applicable to the entire Forum community do NOT include posts from one person to another, like "How did your interview go?" or "I have been assigned to live on Hanifa Lane...where do you live?" or "Thanks a lot!"
Don't worry, after you contribute the required number of posts, you will be granted these privileges...
