Can a US DOD civilian with a Clearance apply to Aramco? I am under the impression that it is not possible.

I guess that would depend on your qualifications and the job you're applying for.

I believe the answer is yes. I applied as US military (active duty) with a clearance and was hired and am currently in place in Saudi. I am not sure keeping that clearance would be too easy if I chose to return to the DOD. :-)
