Have you heard about Pearl Compound? I've got news regarding Pearl that it might be one of our new compounds with 3 bed room or more. I've no idea where it is and is the same as pearl 2 compound constructed in 2012, however. Are there anyone who has information for it?

My RA informed me that they have leased Pearl but has no additional information. Anyone with any knowledge about this compound, please share. Thanks

Pearl compound has been leased but it is not yet ready. There is talk of it being ready in February for the first tranch of resididents, but take that with a pinch of salt.
It is close to Dhahran Towers and Radium. It is similar in style to Radium.
I believe the family apartments are three bedrooms. Misplaced families in Radium (families of 4 in 2 bed apartments) will be given the first option of moving to Pearl. This will then free up 2 bed apartments in Radium.

Is there any website or more information available for the Pearl compound? Is it the gulf pearl 2 that shows up on google search?

Arriving (family of 5) early March. My RA indicated that Pearl is one of the options. Any more info on Pearl would be much appreciated.

Are these houses or appartments ? Any pictures to share would be great. Apparently these are brand new and almost ready to take new occupants.

That's what they did with Rakkah, so it would be consistent if they did the same with the Pearl Compound.

It's a new project we went and visited the construction site. It's a group of appartment buildings similar to radium my husband got a chance to enter and the 2 bdr unite is bigger than the one in radium. Closed kitchen, 2 bathroom and a maid room. Bedrooms are smaller in size than radium but the living and dining area are bigger. They start to but some furniture and was told it will be ready in March.

No website, no info online, not even housing have details of anything, just that the compound is 3 bedroom apartments
