Hi All,
I am new to this forum. I was wondering if you can help.
I have an interview coming up in the next few days but I had some questions. There are a lot of general information on the Aramco website but nothing specific either through Aramco or the recruitment agent in terms of package details.
Firstly, is there any idea on the package break up and what could be expected approximately?
I am a UK expat and I have 3 children (aged 5,9 and 13). My primary question was related to education for the kids. I noticed that it states that Saudi Aramco provides for children's private education overseas such as the UK. Is this true and if so what is the arrangement? Also how many children does it cover?
Look forward to hearing from you.
Much Thanks

For employees whose children have been on the UK curriculum and want them to continue, Aramco EAP will usually pay tuition for them to attend one of the 2 British schools in the local area. They provide bus service to the International Schools Group, Dhahran British School. There is also the BISAK school in Khobar, transportation provided by the parents.
Once your children have reached high school age, they can go to any boarding school in the world that you would like for them to go to. Aramco pays up to a percentage of your salary. So no one will be able to tell you what that amount will be for you individually.
EAP covers up to 4 children unless you are given an exception to the policy.

Just an addition to the info on schooling and tuition benefits. For most nationalities/payrolls except US you can send your children to boarding school or get Out-of-Kingdom benefits beginning at Kindergarten. You don't have to wait until secondary school. US payroll can only send them Out-of-Kingdom (and get EAP benefits) beginning in GR 9. As per the policy below: All dependent children are eligible for In-Kingdom (IK) EAP regardless of payroll. Out-of- Kingdom (OOK) EAP from Kindergarten (K4) through Grade 12 (or equivalent) is available for Canadian, Asian, and Other Arab payroll employees, in addition to Pound Sterling and Euro payrolls. OOK EAP eligibility for dependents of US payroll employees has been lowered to include Grade 9.
