o there! My husbunt arrived in udhailiyah some days ago and we i mean me and my daughter of 2 years old r going to join him as soon as we take our visas! Im a little stressed couse meantime im pregnant and dont know about hospital there, all that i know is that hospital there is at least 2 hours far from udhailiya! Please if u can share any experience i would aprecciate it! Thanx a lot in advance:))

Welcome to Udhailiyah and congratulations on your pregnancy!
The Aramco hospital is 2 hours away, but we do have a clinic in the compound with emergency services. There are hospitals in Hofuf which are about an hour away, so in the event of premature labor or an emergency there is a closer hospital and the UDH clinic can transfer you there by ambulance. Some ladies choose to request temporary housing in Dhahran, which I think you can get at 38 weeks gestation. I delivered twice in Dhahran, and we just left UDH once my labor started, but if you have a history of fast labor, then you might want to take the housing option. I'm currently pregnant, but I have kids in school, so I will probably stay home again until my labor starts.
