Is the Talent Quest in Feb. in Houston open to the public or is it by invitation (scheduled interview, etc.)?

I have the same question about the job fair/talent quest for teacher's in Houston in January. I have seen mention of it on recruiting sites but can't find any info about it on Aramco pages.

Disregard my question. I was just told by an Aramco recruiter on Linkedin that the Houston Talent Quest in Feb. was for scheduled interview only and not on a walk-in basis.

Thanks for posting that clarification Suz, I believe I may have read an older forum from last year where some folks just attended to see if they can get in as walk-ins, but I am not sure how well that works out.
Is there a time frame around when they start reaching out to folks for an invite? I have placed several applications and am hoping for an invite.

Pinkxter,
I'm not sure of the time frame in which they start reaching out. If I hear of anything, I will let you know.

Happy New Year Y'all, I received phone call from Houston office for phone interview in mid December, but one day earlier before the interview recruiter called me to cancel the phone interview and ask me to come face to face interview on February, didn't give the schedule yet, does any body knows scheduled dates!!

Century,
That's great! Congrats! What position/department are you interviewing for?

it is a project manager position, but I'm wondering is the interview and orientation in one day, or orientation is taken after you the job offer and accept the conditions.

It depends on your situation. I did my interview and orientation on the same day, before an offer was extended. Logistically, it was easier to do it that way rather than to go back to Houston just to attend orientation after an offer was extended.

You guys are very fortunate to have been contacted, I hope to get contacted, there are some positions where I am like exact fit, but I have never heard from Aramco. I am starting to assume if something is wrong with my online profile or such.

Hi all,
M_INCERA: have you receive any feedback yet from recruiter for Talent Quest schedule in Feb. 2015.
SUZ: I'm sorry I tried but I couldn't able to reply your message in my inbox, I don't know how to use this page, it is not user friendly.

Century, That's fine! Navigating your way through the forum can be tricky. Thanks for the info that you sent. Very helpful! I am hoping and praying that my husband gets a call. I'll let you know if he does. Best wishes to you!
