DMC/Welshman,
I too have an interview in London, late November, via an agency. I'm a wise old engineer, not too old, but any advice, even if relatively simple, would be appreciated.

Welshman, I can't pm for whatever reason.
I'm an environmental specialist and the interviews/workshop is via an agency for the Kings Stadium Projects, the building of 11 new stadiums (stadia!), commencing Feb 2015. Looks pretty hectic and there seems to be some urgency to get people there but there's scant other information available. Interview/workshop is in London on Thursday 27th Nov.
As wise old men we've been there and done this before but I was just wondering if there are any interview tips specific to Aramco that might be useful. Thanks, Nick.

Nick - this is not my area of expertise but it does like an impressive project with a tight schedule (according to Google it starts in January '15 and has a two year completion deadline). I know time is short before your interview but maybe you could repost giving the specific project name. I am sure this will get you some response to this. Only advice is make sure you will be working FOR Aramco and not AT Aramco (as a contractor). I was interviewed in London in May this year for a completely different role but found the whole process appeared to be an opportunity to meet you rather than interview you. Yes the interviewer ( a single Saudi gentlemen) did ask some specific, not too technical questions, but I personally felt it was more an opportunity for you to sell yourself and confirm the details provided on your resume/cv. People I have spoken to in my field thought the same and any job related questions asked revolved around the information you had provided I.e. your work experience. As you say you have been there before and I don't think you will be phased by this interview. Best of luck
P.s Being able to read/write PM's can take several days to get moderator authorisation

Many thanks Welshman, the 'for Aramco' and 'at Aramco' point is noted, the employment appears to be via a Work Agency, we shall see, I shall post how it goes, Nick.
