I resumed work through NPS to work for ARAMCO as a Foreman just around mid-August and I got a 30-days work visa by taking some documents including the Invitation Letter from the company to the Saudi Embassy in my country, Nigeria. I was told to give similar document during my time-off to facilitate processing another visa maybe 90-days this time but I gathered that the procedure changed and the Embassy now needs a visa slip issued by MOFA after application by the company on their website. The company has since been having issues procuring this slip for me as well as another country colleague who works for them. I thought at first that it was a country-specific problem but I happen to have friends who work for other companies that were able to obtain this visa slip for them.
I have since been communicating with the company and they keep telling to me to try this and try that and everything else except issue an approved visa slip to me. I sense that there is something else that they are refusing to share and I am so frustrated right now.
Has anyone gone through similar experience getting visas issued and what was the solution?
