How is the ARAMCO experience - Technically?

Hi,

I have read a lots of posts here about the new hires and questions to facilitate this process. I also read few posts/comments about the life in general and the adjustments people have to make.

My question is how satisfying the experience of joining the ARAMCO has been for people. I am specifically asking about the technical/career development.
