Hi
Last week I was told to resign as I have cleared all contigencies but today I got an email to say that AOC London is still awaiting BI approval from Saudi Aramco in KSA and therefore I shall hold resignation process for a while.
Has anybody else got similar experience. I have already resigned and it does not sound good to go back to my employer and say hold on I am waiting for something....
Any advise will be great.

Yikes.... This does not sound good at all. You may want to first clearly ask the RA how long is the anticipated wait could be....
If it is a week or two... then this may not be a bad thing as you will have more time to focus on your relocation.....

You need to let your relocation agent/recruiter know that you resigned when you received the letter to do so.
Should the time be longer than you can afford, you will need to discuss the need for pay.
