How long does it take to be assigned a relocation advisor?

Hi everyone! My husband has accepted an offer as a contracts advisor. We have submitted the offer and all paperwork including BI and medical,etc. The offer was accepted over a week ago and the remaining paperwork arrived in Houston on Monday. We have not yet been assigned a relocation advisor even though we were told it generally takes 2-4 days and we've already passed that time frame. Anyone out there who's been in our shoes? Thanks!
