My BI has had problems "verifying" my degree. I have had trouble getting records in the past for US immigration. Back then I ended up with an accredited credential evaluation in the US (foreign degree) this was good enough for US certifications, which I have (these are verifiable) and green card etc. Apparently not enough for Saudi, and Aramco.
My relocation adviser is still moving forward, and did mention an "educational waiver".
I an resigned to the fact that I probably won't be going.
That is too bad, I am moving forward exploring other new options. Are there anybody that knows if educational waivers are actually issued ? I am a specialty engineer with 22 years experience and highest international certification available in my field. GC15 offer.

Yes, waivers and exceptions are issued on occasions.
