Does anyone know about government rules regarding duplicate benefits for spouses in KSA? For example if one spouse is working with Aramco and is drawing benefits from the company and if the other spouse seek employment with another employer, can that spouse draw benefits like housing transportation etc. regards.

The only way a spouse can get the benefits is if he/she has their iqama with that company. If it's the wife who is seeking work outside Aramco, then her employer would either choose to hire her as a local hire with much less benefits (no housing allowance, travel allowance, etc.) or she would need to transfer her iqama to them. If you want to live in a family house in Aramco, then she wouldn't be able to transfer her iqama.
