Hi All,
I was recently contacted by a recruiter (headhunter?) for a Career Counsellor position within the Department of Industrial Relations. The recruiter asked me a number of questions when he contacted me by phone (e.g.s. Nationality, age, current salary etc). He never asked me what my salary expectations would be for Saudi Aramco, but I suspect I will be asked that in an interview (he did say that he would be forwarding my CV to "so-and-so" to arrange a Skype interview).
My question is...if asked what my salary expectations are, what should I say? I don't want to state something too high, nor do I want to come in too low, short-changing myself. I have a Master's degree and over 18 years related experience, 13 of which are in the Gulf. I am North American (I state that only because I have read, in reviewing the posts, that nationality, to an extent, determines salary).
Any advice/guidance would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Salaries are private, if you want to discuss numbers please do so in an email or PM. Thank you.
