I have a question regarding Cash in lieu allowance & shipment option.It is not quite clear to me.
I am going to fly in KSA with my wife, so that i need to know is this. Can i choose the CIL when we land in ksa and then my wife (when she returns back home) to choose the shipment option to make the shipment of our belongings? In that case, will the shipment be made in our expenses or covered by Aramco?
Can these two options (CIL & Shipment) be combined or do we need to choose either CIL or shipment?

Since you are travelling together then you will need to do one or the other. Many take CIL and organise the shipment themselves.

Aramco doing the shipment makes sense if you are bringing a considerable amount.
