Hi can one of the administrators\moderators, please allow me the ability to compose and also reply to private messages, i have a few private messages that i cannot reply to and it is getting a little frustrating, i know you will be busy people, so thanks for your help. The Scotsman..

Please read about PM's in the Frequently Asked Questions discussion group, where it specifically says READ here first before posting.

Hi, I tried to send a private message, but as soon as I am logged in, this on for sending a private message disappear. I also read the FAQ but this doesn't bring me forward. I would highly appreciate some help how to solve this problem - Backup

Please read under the first Discussion Group: Frequently Asked Questions. You will find your answer there. There is no way to move up the process.

As taken from the FAQ's:Newly Registered users are not immediately granted PM privileges. New members must contribute a certain number of legitimate/useful posts to the Forum before PM privileges are granted to the user. (Not messages from one user to another like "I'll PM you as soon as the Moderators grant me PM privileges" or "What street have you been assigned to? I'm on Rahimah." The Forum remains useful when a variety of users contribute their views and experiences for EVERYONE ON THE FORUM to take advantage of. (It takes more than moderators and 5 or 6 other users answering questions.) The Forum is not intended to be your private messaging service. That's what personal email is for. Please understand that PM privileges are granted after you post a pre-determined number of posts which are useful to the entire Forum community. [/b] I hope this is helpful to those who havn't read the FAQ's before posting and cannot figure out why the PM feature isn't working yet, and they just signed up yesterday.
