Company provided Mobile Phone (Business)

There is no GC requirement for getting a mobile phone. Whether a person gets a mobile phone or not, is supposed to depend on business need. If you have a business requirement to use one, your Dept can submit a request for you. It requires Dept Mgr approval.

I don't know what you mean by "remote access with security fob." Only certain company systems are accessible from the outside the company network (e.g. email, Corporate Portal) and once again, to be authorized to access these requires a request, approved by your Manager.
