Hi,
I've been told some really great things about working for Aramco.
I am a UK national(fluent arabic speaker) and have approximately two years experience(after university graduation). I've had a look on the Aramco jobs website but it seems the vast majority jobs require a minimum of 5 years experience.
Am I looking in the wrong place or do Aramco consider applicants with less than 5 years experience?
Thanks
Ahmed

When hiring expats Aramco expects you to know your job, not have to be trained. Only Saudis receive on the job training. Therefore experience is a requirement for employment.

Even though they do require 5 years of minimum experience, you are free to apply. The worst that can happen is they don't call you into an interview. From my experience, I had been applying for Aramco jobs for a number of years, I only received a call for interview after I applied for a position in which I had direct and 5+ years experience (my total professional experience was 10 years).
This isn't to dismay you but as vpainter said, they're looking for expertise in which ever position they hire expats in. I would just apply for positions, regardless of experience, but try to apply for positions in which you have direct experience in.
