So at work it's business casual. Is golf shirt ok there? Are sandals allowed? I have the impression from video that Saudis wear those.
at leisure, are jeans and collarless shirts ok for men? I will shop for the departure,would appreciate your quick comments.

It varies slightly from department to department but on the whole, I find the office dress style is incredibly casual here (at least, as compared to European norms, not sure about the US). Most golf shirts would be fine.
I do see people wearing sandals to work but they're probably in the minority and certainly in most offices I have worked in, your feet would get way too cold (the AC is usually cranked up high).
At leisure you can wear pretty much anything you want around camp but outside (or in company buildings like Al Mujamma etc) singlet-style tops or very short shorts are not advised.
