Regarding shipment of the furniture now. Suppose a new hire is assigned an aparrtment there, could a resident bring his own furniture and replace some of those which are currently provided?

There is another apartment complex in Khobar under negotiation. We will hear about it as it comes available.
Furniture in the apartment complexes are not being removed. You could add some of your own pieces or if you bring something and can't fit it in, Aramco will store your furniture.
