What is the cut off date for the annual bonus? I head it was some time in October, meaning if you join Aramco anytime before that, you will be eligible for the annual bonus. Anyone joining after will be eligible next year?
Can someone give me an exact date?

I understand you need to be in kingdom on 1 October to be eligible for the bonus in march otherwise you have to wait another year until the following march

Thats what I have too. This is quite similar to the policy of my current employer - have to be hired before Oct 1 to be enle for that year bonus which is payable in March of the following year and its prorated. So, likely I am going to loose both bonuses  !!!!

Sorry muss, But what bonus you will miss? You will spend a good month getting all of your paper work ready and you will be working in full function maybe, just maybe two weeks for 2014 with Aramco, so yeah...
You current company will get your bonus for 2014 for free, that is not fair, but you will forget about that soon, you will see.
Good luck

There is nothing about any cutoff in my paper. It was only about repatriation additional day off which is 1st January cutoff. Is that mean gbp contract has no cutoff for annual allowance. It said that this allowance is payable on the month following the anniversary date and prorated
thanks

Does anyone know about the travel allowance that you are provided every year? I heard someone say that if you start work before year end then you get it for both years? Lets say one starts in Nov 2014, then he will get it for 2014 and then also 2015....? anyone know anything about this?
Also about selling cars, do you have to sell it car dealer ship to get the money from Aramco for your car/cars?

The travel allowance is not an annual bonus. This is your repat vacation allowance and is first given after 1 year of employment. That means if you arrive in 2014, your first repat allowance is in 2015. If you arrive in 2015, your first repat allowance is in 2016.
Yes, you will need to sell it to a dealer. Do a search on the forum, it has been discussed previously.
