I am Canadian Citizen immgrated from India. I have done my education from India. I would like to know the degree attestation procedure. I am speaking to my relocation advisor but she is finding hard to find revelant information concerning my question
- What educational degree needs to attestated. Only my BE (Mechanical degree) or you need to attest high school diploma ( In india it is called SSC and HSC). Do I need to attest Marriage and Birth certificate (For the whole family). And also let me know the list of documents required from Aramco side to get MOE and saudi embassy attestation.
Kindly share some advise regarding this

Hai,
You need to attest only the degree certificate of your highest qualification. In your case BE-Mechanical certificate and no need to attest other educational certificates. The other certificates like marriage and birth certificates also need to be attested, but this part of attestation is generally taken care by relocation advisor (In India).

Hi Pat69Jav,
You need to do attestation only for the degree (B.E, Mechanical Engineering) and there is no role of rour school certificates. For bringing your family, need to get attestation for the Marriage Cetificate.
The HRD can be completed with in a 1- 2 months and MEA will take a day to complete
After doing the attestation of HRD and MEA of your Degree Certificate, to have to submit the following document to saudi,
1. Original Degree Certificate (HRD and MEA Completed)
2. Affidavit by registered Notary advocate(For Saudi Cultural attestation)
3. DD (For university verification -for applicabe amount )
4. Online Submission Form for attestation
The whole process will be MEA - HRD - Saudi Cultural - Saudi Embhassy attestaion

Thanks Raju and Mani. Does Aramco have any agents doing this in India or Do I have be present in India. The relocation advisor is silent and haven replied back for almost 10 days.
Can I initiate the process my contacting few agents in India. Do I still need a sealed copy of transcript for Visa or the Degree attestation process (all steps) is good enough.

Hai Pat69jav,
There are so many agents in India who takes care of attestation of Degree certificate (both HRD and MEA). List of these agents can be seen online but i am not sure about the time frame of the process and it all depends upon the University from which you have completed your Degree. Generally these agents take care of the entire process even without your presence in India
I am not sure about the agents tied up with Aramco, but some man power recruitment agencies like Jerry Varghese and Gheewala are tied up with Aramco for man power recruitment.
