For those of you new to DT or on your way soon, there is a newly formed group of Aramco Residents who started an organized "co-operative"". The goal is to create a positive experience here in the Tower for all Aramco families. We are trying to get Aramco to put information about the group in the welcome packages and hope to get that accomplished soon. In the meantime the details, including membership forms, consution and information on current activities (ladies coffee hour, Facebook group, Back2School Party, etc) can be found on the Dhahran Tower Aramco Residents Cooperative (DHTARC) bulletin board by the snack bar. There is a list of the Directors with their apartment numbers and emails. PLEASE get connected and bring your ideas forward. A survey has gone out to members recently to seek feedback on priority issues and ideas for activities. This week over 50 of us are going to the hobby farm in Dhahran by bus to have a BBQ and see the horses at the stable. It's just a beginning. Please feel free to PM me for more info.

Just commenting here again to bring this post back to top. Getting signed up as a member of the cooperative is a great way to help your family settle more quickly. Lots of good stuff on our Facebook page (access granted once membership form submitted) and some excellent events in the works.
