I am currently processing my offer pack and two documents that I have to sign refer to the Industrial Relations Manual and Saudi Aramco's Internal Work Rules. Neither of these two documents were provided but yet I am required to sign contractual documents that I agree to them.
I questioned this with my handler who in turn went back to Saudi Aramco HR and got the answer "unfortunately we are not able to supply these documents. Please explain to the candidate that these are general standards in most employment contracts where by the company requests that the employee adhere to their policy and rules which of course are open to change."
This is wrong. I have to agree to something that they are refusing to show me! Can anyone tell me what is in these two documents and what do they have to hide by not giving them to prospective starts?
