Could anyone help with any information into the interview process with Saudi Aramco in regards to refinery roles? in particular process/operations roles.
I have interviewed for a subsidiary of Qatar petroleum before and they were very much interested in my specific knowledge of my current job role whilst others have been more concerned with how well I know their policies, safety measures and business practices.
What can I expect from an interview with SA? Any help would be appreciated so I'm not going in totally blind.
Many thanks

Hi Frazierali - sorry for the delay but only now can I post on this forum. Had an interview for an ops position in London in late May. Single interviewer (I believe he was an area ops leader) just asked general questions regarding manning structure/management structure of current employer, shift pattern worked etc interspersed with some specific ops question ranging from troubleshooting desalter operations at the beginning of the interview right up to giving an overview of how a crude unit would be started after handback from maint. They have your CV and I thought my interview was just to confirm their thoughts before making an offer. As I say had my interview in late May, offer made second week of June, all contingencies passed, passport stamped by late August. I am currently awaiting travel details to leave for KSA. Hope this is not too late and helps. Good luck
