o, I would like to have a view regarding saudization in Aramco. What is the current situation right now in Aramco and what are the plans of Aramco for the next years about the expat personnel currently working there. What would happen to expat employees whose jobs may be a surplus to company`s needs or whose jobs are scheduled to be filled by saudi arab nationals?. Is it a true scenario could be happen in the nearest future and how Aramco would face that situation?. In that case, could an employee be placed in another job rather than be terminated? thank you

Right, 1st you need to know tis near impossible to replace all foreign staff with Saudis.. what I'm saying is there will always be foreigners in Aramco.. if the foreigner is replaced.. means the foreigner is on contract and it has Expired. 2. Cos of age. 3. the job is no longer required or his skills outdated... and such.
There is a rule am not accurate sure about it.. either one is right but.. in any company there should be 50-70% Saudis and 30-50% foreigners .
Also your skills will always make you unique.. there are majors not available in KSA like other countries which are Demanded
Best of luck

in the situation where possibly the employer earnestly explaining to you the importance of training a Saudi to take your place, how an employee could handle such a case? Does it mean simply your position is about to come to an end??!!! Or they could put you in another position in the company?

Everyone teaches Saudis how you do your job. No it does not mean your job will come to an ed.
