Hi All,
I have received an email from recruiting company in Dubai for interview request vide Video Conference, I had telephonic discussion with same recruiting lady 2 months back,then she send me US payroll details with housing brochure, then 2 months silence, what are chances for selection? whether I will be on US payroll or they have any other payroll for Asians? My current salary is good. What is GC grade for engineers and what includes in BI ?
