o all,
I am new member in the forum , I got message from recruitment company that Aramco planning to extend offer to me and requesting following documents in order for them to proceed with my offer ,one of the document is NOC from current company( I working in Saudi Arabia) and my current company refuse to give me NOC. my question is it possible Aramco to extend offer without NOC?

They may be able to do something.
