I am in final stage of finalizing offer for yanbu aramco. I have been given RRA for housing and education for my grade 2 and grade 11 children. For grade 2 they have given in IK education and for grade 11 out kingdom education plan.i am confused why they have given out kingdom education plan when there is yanbu international school until grade 12th.secondly how much will be the cost of housing in yanbu with utilities etc for a 3bedroom villa or house.i would appreciate if someone guides me what else I should look in considering my offer.

I know nothing about the set up in Yanbu, I just saw that you message was unanswered. Perhaps someone who lives there will come along soon. In the meantime, I hope this helps: Aramco Schools only go up to grade 9. Thereafter, parents can elect to send their children overseas or use a non-Aramco facility locally. I think that is generally expected you will want to educate your child out of Kingdom for the last years of school. If you would rather not then speak to your relocation adviser. I have not heard of separate in-kingdom (IK) or out-of-kingdom (OOK) education plans before. As far as I am aware, there is Aramco-provided schooling (only in the 4 main family camps in the Eastern Province) or there is EAP. EAP money can be used for IK or OOK schooling, it's your choice. My daughter was on EAP from 7th grade and went to an IK school till 10th grade, then she went to an OOK school (our choice - she could have continued IK but we chose to send her out).
Obviously there were differences between IK and OOK, the amounts of money and eligibility for airfares were different but it was all done under the same EAP umbrella.
