New family in Rakah...couple questions

Just officially moved in (long story) and I am in need of finding a trustworthy, honest, and good domestic helper to clean the house. I am here alone for now (family isn't moving out until mid august) and I work on Dhahran, so I should be able to trust this person alone. Any recommendations?

Also, good restaurants that deliver (not fast food) as I do not have my own car yet.
