There are a few threads where posters have written like they have been invited or asked by a recruiter to apply if I understood correctly.

I wonder how does this work? how does a recruiter find a potential applicant? is it via LinkedIn? Cheers!

I have been "found" several more times by outside recruiters for SA jobs since my Houston interview.
