I am a prospective new direct hire for Saudi Aramco. My history is that I had a wrong termination with a former employer. I sued for wrongful termination (in a civil case) and won the case including being compensated as per the court order.
My question is for those of you who have been through the process - will it cause a problem on my BI checks???Kindly help!

BI is looked at on an individual basis. I would not think it would be a problem since you won and were obviously wrongly terminated. But it will be up to the person reviewing your BI results and no one can know what he may decide.
