Are normal office hours 7:00am to 16:00pm observed during Ramadan or are different work timings observed durring this month? I tried searching this on the forum but didn't find any existing post. Appreciate if some one can provide some guidance on this.

Non-Muslims work regular business hours. Muslims work until noon, if they want to.

During Ramadan, non-Muslims in office environments work regular hours (7 to 4), and Muslims (Saudi & Expats) can work 7 am to 1 pm officially. Several Muslims I know work the full 7 to 4 at their own option (most in managerial positions).

By the Aramco calendar, the last working day before Eid is Thursday July 24, Eid starts on Sunday July 27 and goes through Wednesday July 30. Thursday July 31 is a work day.
But Ramadan started a day later than expected this year (in the Eastern Province at least), so it is possible that Eid may be adjusted as well - we won't know for certain until it happens.
