Are there any osteopaths or physio's in Abqaiq? Urgently need one.

I've never lived in Abqaiq so I don't know if they have physiotherapists at the clinic there but if they don't (and they decide you need it) they would refer you to Dhahran for physiotherapy.

You can ask around and see if someone knows if there are any private PT's on camp. Contact the ABQ Women's Group and ask them, they would know. Also go see the ABQ clinic (you can do a walk-in if its urgent), a PT may come to ABQ each week or they will refer you to DHA.
