Hi,
A couple of questions. We recently saw our daughter (6) play a small part in a local musical production and also saw her get a pre-primary certificate for ballet. She is very keen on carrying both on when we arrive. Question :
1. How we'll are these catered for in Aramco schools?
2. Are there any after school/weekend drama or ballet sessions? If so, are these only on Dhahran?
Thanks
Keith

I'm in UDH, and we have a drama teacher in the school. Even my K4 girl has drama class a couple times a week. They also have big school plays, like you find in American schools.
We also have dance classes for girls. It's not all ballet though. I think she uses elements from all kinds of dance. (We haven't always had dance though...just this year, an awesome lady moved here and started teaching the girls. So, it depends if there's someone qualified in the compound or not.)

There is ballet in Dhahran, not through the school. I don't know about drama.

All the Aramco schools put on plays. There are also Theater Groups that put on plays that do use child actors at times. You can join the theater group aftzer you arrive and the whole family be active in it.
