Do a search for timeline and see current and past timelines for every stage of the hiring process and how long it takes. All are normal.

shchoi,
submitting your passport it means that Aramco will wait to get the approval from labour office after your company's approval. once the labour office approve your transfer which is taking 5 working days at least at that time you will tell them when you can join Then you submitt yr iqama for transfer which is just take a day. from since you are Aramco employee
good luck and see you then at the new hire orientation

Hi everyone. Need advice please! 😩 My BI was completed and I was advised that all contingencies were cleared as of end of October 2019. I am currently under the sponsorship of a local law firm here in Riyadh and hired for a position at the Aramco law department in Dhahran. However, as of today I am being told that there is an ongoing system problem with the labor portal that affects Aramco’s ability to issue my electronic transfer. Aramco has issued a paper demand letter and my current sponsor has issued a release/non objection to transfer on 2nd week of november, but the Saudi gentleman handling my transfer is saying these are useless unless the transfer is done electronically which he is insisting not possible now because labor portal system is down. But I am really concerned that the system issue is occurring for more than a month now. What makes me more nervous is that i Just received a notification from the MOI that my Iqama (and that of my family) is set to expire. I am under pressure from my current sponsor to transfer immediately and I am really concerned that I may face exit. Is this situation familiar to anyone? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you very much!
