Hi there, I'm new to this forum so I apologize if this question has been asked previously. I had an interview earlier this month in Houston. I returned from the interview a bit frustrated that I wasn't able to fully express my technical knowledge to the interviewers. Truthfully - I bombed on the interview. I wasn't happy at my performance and kept asking "why didn't I say...". It was partially because of nervousness but primarily due to the interview itself being so intimi.........; I just wasn't able to express knowledge fully.
Anyways, I was SHOCKED (and thats an understatement) to see that Aramco's recruiter left a VM and emailed me today, stating he was "pleased to inform you Saudi Aramco is interested in having you joining it’s team." He also requested some very basic information, name, address and latest paystub.
Again this may be a very obvious question but does this mean, they would like to proceed to the next steps with my application? OR is this something they normally do for all applicants just to have their paystubs incase their initial candidates selected do not pan out?
I don't mean to belittle myself; I can do this job hands down, but I just don't feel I gave them the expression I was the best candidate.
