Anyone started working in the Ajyal Department for the South Project?
Can you provide details on how big the departments is
Phase of the Project
Office locations
Distance from Rakah compound

The office currently is at Sadat Engineering Tower in Khobar, although within a few months the site offices will be bid and constructed. You can find Sadat Engineering Tower on Google maps to guage the distance from Rakah.
The project is currently in mass grading stage, with Utilities package to be started within a few months. The homes and other buildings wont get started until well into 2015.
The project name is now "South Dhahran Home Ownership Sustainable Community", whereas previously it had been named "Ajyal Commnity of Excellence". The "department" name may not yet have changed.

Just I got my extended offer today and the HR told me that I would be working in AJYAL project but he did not confirm (most probably)
IS the project still in Design Stage? or SAPMT started to deploy to site?
how big is the SAPMT?
Which GES Company working in the design of the project?

Ajyal is under construction, that is the site utilities are under construction. The homes and other elements of the program are yet to be awarded.
The PMT team is already large team, probably over 40.
There are several consultants working on design.
