I was told by my recruiter(in London) that my " Salary Recommendation" had been processed, and i should receive an offer within 2 weeks...... this was 2months+ ago - Just wondering if anyone else had experienced this delay? I appreciate everyones situation maybe diffferent...

It would help you if you would do a search for "timeline" on the forum and read about the time between each stage of the hiring process. It is different for everyone and all timelines are normal.
