o everyone!
I had interviewed with Aramco today via VC in Dubai. The interview last about 40min. There are 4 Aramco staff interviewing me, but only 3 of them asking questions. I assume another one is observing the way I answered and explained questions. I have 3 questions each. First questions of course "tell about myself, educational, experiences". Then one of them started to give situational questions based on my CV and job., followed by another staff. The questions mostly based on my CV; how you manage situations, how you supervise your team, etc. Since the post is technical, there are few technical questions but very basic, until I dged into the 3rd staff who asked me a quite details of two questions purely on softwares/tools I used while executing the job. I was quite suprised, coz I didnt expect such questions, but I tried my best to answer, until I found during explaination I seems to be babbling too much on that.
Total I have 9 questions, 7 situational and 2 technical. The last 2 questions quite worried me coz I may be explaining too much and the are just expecting short answer.
Have anyone experiences such situation? How about the chances of getting the job? Since this is my first time interviewing by Aramco, I am not putting too much hope I am getting the job, but I keep pray for succes and best results.
Hope someone could share their experinces. This is exciting forum.
Thanks Zukhairi10
