I take it you mean 3 bedrooms, all the townhouses in Rakah have a grassy area behind the homes where the patios are located.

Yeah, you are right, but you can put decking if you want. That's not a problem. When I bought the house, it had a big garden. I didn't know what to do with so much space around the house. So, I decided to plant some flowers, trees, to build a terrasse. I even installed decking and it looked so good. I used for the decking, composite boards that I bought on dinodecking.co.uk . The garden was great. Unfortunately, I sold that house. |
