All,
I received the following info today, "Your residence will need to be with a real estate agent and they need to act as property manager. Aramco will reimburse the amount to pay for those fees."
Does this mean that I have to use the same real estate agent as the property manager?

The rules regarding house sale or lease have changed quite a bit and your hiring contact is the best source of advice. The changes were effective last year with the following highlights: 1) You must own your home and it must be your primary residence. 2) You must complete vacate the premises (i.e. no personal belongings or family left) 3) Proof of sale (this must be original), or a lease management contract with an agency for a minimum of six months (the agency license number is required).
Note that this only applies to your primary residence and the dollar amounts would be best discussed with your relocation agent or with HR when you arrive in the Kingdom. The rules are strictly enforced so be sure everything is done correctly!
