Does anyone know why the offer sheet shows both a Hypo Tax and a Federal Witholding Tax (which the Hypo Tax already includes) for Americans? These two taxes are a few hundred more than I am already paying in the US for federal taxes.

It's almost impossible to figure it out but it should be roughly 25% of gross minus foreign earned income exemption minus personal/family exemptions minus 401K contribution limit minus pre-tax deductions like health insurance.
