I've been interviewed for a "e-learning consultant" role with SA. I am living in the UK for the last 4 years but my origin is Indian (I still hold an Indian passport and not UK). The interview went really well and I am hopeful of receiving an offer. Can anyone tell me whether my offer (if I receive one
) will be based on my current salary in GBP or because I hold an Indian passport will it be a lower offer? Any help is much appreciated.
