Hi, My family will be arriving in early August and we are looking for a full-time nanny to stay home with our children while we are both working. We are looking for either live-in or live-out, preferably already has sponsorship, and comes with references. If anyone knows of a nanny looking for work or you have someone that needs hours, we would appreciate any information passed our way. Thank you in advance.

Hi. Not sure which community you're referring to, but whichever, I believe you will have better luck finding a nanny after you have arrived and get plugged into the grassroots people network.

I would echo what Hadia says.
Things in KSA rarely go as smoothly or logically as you might have expected before you arrive in Kingdom. Hoping to arrange such complicated things as a full time nanny before you've even arrived strikes me (now) as extremely optimistic. Before I arrived, I had a very similar outlook. In the year-and-a-half since I arrived, I have greatly diminished expectations of such things, and have cultivated a lot of patience.

Nannies are usually found by word of mouth. So a must you be here first. Sponsoring a nanny also requires that you be here first.

Both parents working for Aramco at the same time? Nicely done, very nicely done indeed.
ETA: also, your best bet may be to find a dayhome (pretty sure they exist...) once you first get there while you're in the process of getting a nanny lined up.
