Hi all,
I was interviewed on 18th Feb. 2014, but I have not received any feedback from Aramco HR. It has been more than 4 weeks now, is it normal or should I stop thinking about this? I was asked to have an answer within 4 weeks but still waiting, advise please ... many thanks.

Do not give up. Your timeline and a much longer one would be normal. Do a search on the forum for "timeline" and you can see many spans of time between interview and offer and in all the stages of the hiring process.

It took a month for them to contact me. Just give them time. They are going to be slow and that is normal. Good luck either way and maybe we just might have a job together!

You're welcome. I'm sorry, I don't quite understand that last part of your message. "These people" are humans. They are from another culture then you and I, so things will run differently then we do things here in the USA or any other country. I'm sure what's normal to you and I is weird to other people of other cultures (we play football here with a football in the US. All other countries play Soccer as Football). If you don't like how things are going now, then really rethink about getting a job overseas in another country with different customs and tradiations. Once you get a job overseas you must respect their culture and customs no matter if you agree with them or not.
