So I just received my FedEx offer (HOORAY!!!) and was looking at the school calendar and the work calendar. Looks like weekends for the schools are Thursday/Friday but the weekends for me (working in Dhahran) are Friday/Saay. Am I missing something here? We only get one day off per week as a family?
This can't be for real...right?!?

It sounds more like some information has not been updated from last year's weekend change. The weekend here is Friday and Saay for everyone - schools and work - unless you are on a different work schedule at an operational facility.

I had a feeling that it was some sort of error. Heck, I told my 6 year old about the situation and he was pretty quick to inform me that "things are different over there dad" LOL. The brain-washing is really starting to work!
