Greetings, I was contacted over a month ago for my paystubs after an interview but have not heard from AOC since. Is there any way (phone number or other means) to check up on an application if it has reached to stage of a request of paystubs?
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

While I am certain that it varies by job and department, my advice is simply "be patient". The conditional offer package is enormous, complicated, and serious business! There is a ton of information and the personalisation required along with the need to link all of the numbers is, I am sure, crazy difficult.
The request for pay stubs is the jumping off point for the hiring team. They need to get a general idea of your "value" (no offense!) and believe me, even though I am still waiting for my visa, you will be overwhelmed and pleased.
My offer package arrived almost 3 months after a successful interview. Someone will be in touch when they are ready. Imagine if they messed something up in the package and had to start all over. I'll bet that it is checked by at least two people after it is prepared.
And, please remember that you are just one of what is surely hundreds of people in a similar state of stress. It takes time to administer a programme as complicated and far-reaching. It will happen when it happens.
Cheers and hang in there.

Thanks Jeff. Your response has been very helpfull. A lot of what you have said makes sense and answers the question of "why so long? is something wrong?".I will hang in there and hope for the best. Thanks again.
